Our Team

At Baxter Dental Center, Dr. Baxter and his staff of two registered dental hygienists, four dental assistants and three office staff provide friendly, high-quality dental service.

Dr. Terry Baxter graduated from Baraboo High School in 1979. After a year at the art institute in Minneapolis he chose to pursue a dental career. Dr. Baxter attended U.W. - Eau Claire earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1984. He attended Northwestern University Dental School in Chicago following both his grandfather and father’s footsteps. He graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree in 1988. Dr. Terry joined his father’s practice in the fall following his graduation. They enjoyed a great working relationship until Dr. Donald's retirement in 1993. Dentistry has remained a passion for Dr. Baxter. He strives to stay on top of the best and newest technologies in dentistry with continuing dental education.

Dr. Baxter resides in Baraboo with his wife. They have three wonderful children.
