Baxter Dental Center is a warm, community-centered private practice in Baraboo, Wisconsin, and we are looking for a caring, confident, patient-focused Dentist to join our team. We welcome both experienced dentists and newer graduates who value communication and patient-centered care.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide comprehensive, high-quality dental care for patients of all ages
  • Diagnose and present treatment plans clearly and honestly
  • Perform restorative, extractions, and other general procedures based on your comfort and experience
  • Build long-term patient relationships through trust, compassion, and excellent clinical care
  • Collaborate closely with hygienists and support staff to create a smooth, positive patient experience
  • Help contribute to a practice culture that is kind, team-oriented, and focused on quality care

What We’re Looking For:

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Active Wisconsin dental license, or ability to obtain one
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
  • Patient-centered approach with professionalism and integrity
  • Comfort with digital charting and modern dental technology
  • Team-oriented mindset and desire to grow with the practice
  • New graduates are welcome to apply
