Carrie Herrild, DDS, Baraboo Dentist

Meet Dr. Herrild
Dr. Carrie Herrild has been part of the Baxter Dental team since 2017. She grew up in Marinette, Wisconsin, and moved to the area after college. She knew Baraboo would be her forever home the first time she drove through the bluffs and experienced its amazing charm. She loves Baraboo for its small-town feel and strong sense of community. Dr. Carrie can often be seen at Fair on the Square, Baraboo Mystery Weekend, Big Top and Christmas Light Parades, farmers markets, and the public library.
Dr. Carrie has worked in community health since graduating from dental school and brings that perspective to Baxter Dental Center. She completed her undergraduate education at Marquette University and earned her DDS from the Marquette University School of Dentistry in 2008. She strives to work with each patient to develop a treatment plan that fits their individual needs. She values open communication and enjoys sharing a laugh with her patients along the way.
Dr. Carrie married her high school sweetheart, Chris, and they have three daughters. Their family also includes two dogs and two cats. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, kayaking, cheering on the Packers, and volunteering as an assistant Scoutmaster for Dells Girl Troop 66.
