Dental Insurance & Financial Responsibility

Many of our patients have dental insurance or are receiving dental benefits for the first time. It is important to remember that your dental insurance policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. We are only a third party to that agreement. As a courtesy, our office will assist you in preparing and submitting claims to insurance, however we do ask for your estimated co-payment at the time of service. Please understand that this is only an estimate based on the information we have available to us, it is your responsibility to understand your dental insurance coverage. We make every effort to obtain accurate estimates prior to treatment.

All patient balances are due at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Debit, Check, Cash, CareCredit, and Sunbit.

CareCredit is the nation’s leading healthcare credit card, and is the financing option for health, beauty & wellness expenses. Appointments & Scheduling

The first step towards a beautiful, healthy smile is to schedule an appointment. Please contact our office by phone and our friendly office staff will be happy to help you find a time that works with your schedule. We feel that your time is valuable, and we strive not to keep you waiting. In turn, we ask that you give us 24 hours' notice to change any appointments that you may have. This will allow us to use this time to help others with their dental needs.

Our in-house Dental Savings Plan is a simple, affordable way to help you stay on top of preventive care while saving on additional treatment.
